The fascinating career of Joyce Evans OAM (1929–2019) spans more than six decades of landscape, documentary, and portrait photography. Her prolific body of work contains images capturing essential aspects of Australian life and represents one of the Library's largest collections of images by a contemporary photographer.

Attendees had an opportunity to ask questions and discover more over morning tea, following the viewing in the Treasures Gallery.
