United States congressional publications are of interest as primary sources for students of United States history, for United States foreign and economic policy, and for other public affairs issues of interest to other countries.

Around 270 books, pamphlets and serials, mostly published in the Philippines 1900-1965 but also some items from the USA, Spain and Spanish-speaking countries.

About 600 books and 66 serials, mainly relating to entomology and the natural sciences. Includes works on British entomology as well as Europe, North and South America. About one-third were published in the 18th and 19th centuries.
