This policy is intended to help inform decision making about the way in which Library collections are exposed to light through exhibitions.

The purpose of this agency plan is to show what information the Library proposes to publish under the IPS, how and to whom the information will be published, and how the Library will otherwise comply with IPS requirements.

The personal information which we collect and hold about you will only be used for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the building, the collection and its occupants.
