Our vision for Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the National Library of Australia is intrinsically linked to legal, responsible and ethical innovation in service to unlocking the national collection - in ways that further amplify its breadth, accessibility and impact without perpetrating or entrenching harms.

In accordance with the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, the National Library Council submits its annual report to the Minister for the Arts.

The purpose of this agency plan is to show what information the Library proposes to publish under the IPS, how and to whom the information will be published, and how the Library will otherwise comply with IPS requirements.
