The National Library of Australia (Library) currently stores part of the Asian Collection monograph, serials and pamphlet run (Collection Material) at the National Archives of Australia (NAA), Sandford Street, Mitchell ACT. The majority of this Collection Material is bound hardcopy monographs (books) and Journals/Serials in plastic slip cases and runs across approximately 8.2 linear kilometres of shelving.

The NLA are seeking a Software as a Solution application that facilitates the administration of a Consortium for purchasing purposes.

The National Library of Australia requires Guarding and Security Services, that maintain the security and safety of the Library's sites, as well as protecting the collection material and the occupants.
