Our Enlighten community picnic was back in 2024. Once again, we extended our opening hours on the Friday and Saturday evenings between 1 and 11 March with free activities for all ages running on our Podium and in our Foyer.

As part of the Enlighten Festival, the Library welcomed 'The Guardians' to our podium area, from opening night on 28 February.

Friends of the Library enjoyed a lecture on the exhibition highlights with curator Dr Guy Hansen, and explored the gallery while getting to know other Friends members.
